3. Personal data will be processed in order to fulfill the order - pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.

The recipients of personal data will be entities participating in the execution of the order, i.e. a shipping company, a company hosting an online store, Sewer - an intermediary in electronic order processing, Fakturownia.pl issuing invoices, accounting office servicing PVGroup.pl limited liability company. Orders are physically processed only by authorized employees of PVGrpup.pl spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. Recipients of personal data process them only for the purpose of order fulfillment and do not disclose them to third parties for other purposes.
5 Personal data will be kept until the person requests their removal.
