A few words about our device:
The current offer includes heat pumps of the SPLIT type. These pumps have many advantages for the end user, while for the first start and connection of the indoor and outdoor units, additional authorizations are required - therefore, this process is carried out by FACTORY SERVICE.
The advantage of SPLIT heat pumps is the higher efficiency of the system, the problem of freezing water in the section between the external and internal units is excluded by using a special refrigerant (in the event of a power failure, the user does not have to worry about a potential problem).
In addition, TCL heat pumps have a double soundproofing of the compressor in the standard offer, which makes the noise level at a much lower level compared to other manufacturers.
However, it should be remembered not to install heat pumps in the immediate vicinity of rooms exposed to noise, such as a living room or bedroom.
All TCL heat pumps have built-in WiFi module and connection to the factory service via the built-in GSM module.

Select the appropriate accessory for the prepared sets:

THE CHOICE OF THE ACCESSORIES IS NOT NECESSARY - THE RESULTS FROM THE EXISTING HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION
Prepare the electrical installation for connecting the device.
- The 8kW and 10kW outdoor units are single-phase powered.
- The 12kW, 14kW, 16kW outdoor units are three-phase powered.
The indoor unit is powered three-phase in each variant of the pump power - they have built-in heaters with a power of 6 or 9 kW as a peak source (they turn on when it is very cold).
If there is a single-phase installation in the facility, single-phase power should be supplied to the indoor unit and the TCL factory service will change the device settings, which will allow the heaters to operate on one phase. As a result of this procedure, the power of the heaters is reduced to 33% of the nominal power.
It is recommended to protect the device with a circuit breaker, phase loss sensor and contactor. The task of the contactor is to completely disconnect the power supply of the three phases in the event of a failure of at least one of them. This solution protects against damage mainly the compressor as an important element of the device.
Make or have the indoor unit connected to the hydraulic system - preferably with the help of a friendly, local plumber
Make a passage in the wall of the building for installation pipes (between the indoor and outdoor units - in a lagging) and an electric cable (single or three-phase)
