The PVGroup.pl online store is run by the company PVGROUP.PL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY st. Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzów, NIP: 6272769605, REGON: 38742328400000

Warehouse- the warehouse is located in 41-503 Chorzów, ul. Azotowa 21 or in Marki ul. Moniuszki 2, 05-270 Brands for completing customer orders, as well as handling returns and complaints.

Complaints Department handles complaints, statements of withdrawal from the contract and statements of return of the product during the withdrawal period. Parcels should be sent to the address 41-503 Chorzów, ul. Azotowa 21. Please submit any complaints, declarations of withdrawal from the contract or returns in writing to the above address or by e-mail to reklamacje@pvgroup.pl. Telephone contact with the Complaints Department is possible at the number: +48 660 200 406.

PVGroup.pl Online Store – an online store run by PVGroup.pl with all functionalities, available under the Internet domain www.pvgroup.pl 

Cart – the functionality of the PVGroup.pl Online Store in which the products selected by the Customer for purchase are visible, as well as the determination and modification of order data, in particular: quantity of products, delivery address, invoice data, delivery method, payment method.

§1 General provisions

  1. These regulations define the rules for using the PVGroup.pl Online Store, placing orders for products available in the PVGroup.pl Online Store, delivering the ordered products to the Customer, paying the sales price of the products by the Customer, the Customer's right to withdraw from the contract and the rules for submitting and considering complaints.
  2. To use the PVGroup.pl Online Store, including viewing the assortment of the PVGroup.pl Online Store and placing orders for products, you must:

a) a computer or other electronic device with access to the Internet and a web browser such as: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari;

b) an active e-mail account (e-mail).

3. The customer is entitled and obliged to use the PVGroup.pl Online Store in accordance with its intended purpose.

4. The Customer is obliged to refrain from any activity that could affect the improper functioning of the PVGroup.pl Online Store, including in particular from any interference with the content of the PVGroup.pl Online Store or its technical elements, including the provision of content of a unlawful. It is forbidden to use the PVGroup.pl Online Store for purposes other than its intended purpose, including in particular sending spam, conducting any commercial, advertising, promotional, etc. activities on the websites of the PVGroup.pl Online Store.

§2 Rules for using the PVGroup.pl Online Store

1. Logging in to the PVGroup.pl Online Store takes place by entering the e-mail address and password provided during registration of the Customer's account in the login form, as well as accepting the regulations of the PVGroup.pl Online Store.

2. A customer who has registered (created an account) in the PVGroup.pl Online Store may use all available functionalities of the PVGroup.pl Online Store, including placing orders for products available in the PVGroup.pl Online Store assortment.

3. The PVGroup.pl Online Store is entitled to block the Customer's account if his activity within the PVGroup.pl Online Store violates generally applicable laws, rights of third parties (including in particular rights on intangible property), personal rights of third parties, rules social coexistence or the provisions of these regulations. The Customer will be notified of the intention to block the Customer's account to the e-mail address currently registered in the PVGroup.pl Online Store.

4. PVGroup.pl is entitled to remove from the PVGroup.pl Online Store materials containing unlawful content, violating the rights of third parties, personal rights, principles of social coexistence or the provisions of these regulations. The Customer will be notified of the intention to remove the Materials posted by the Customer to the e-mail address currently registered in the PVGroup.pl Online Store.

5. The Customer is obliged to keep the login and password to his account in the PVGroup.pl Online Store secret, because they are used to verify the identity of the registered Customer in the PVGroup.pl Online Store.

§3 Information about products

1. Information about products and assortment is available in the PVGroup.pl Online Store 

2. Prices of products indicated on the website of the PVGroup.pl Online Store:

a) include VAT and are given in Polish zlotys or Euro;

b) do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs depend on the method of product delivery chosen by the Customer, as well as on the value and size of the order. Delivery costs are given when choosing the method of product delivery by the Customer. The total cost of the order (i.e. the price of the products together with delivery costs and the costs of additional services, if such will be provided by PVGroup.pl and selected by the Customer) is indicated in the basket before placing the order by the Customer. 

Solar panels are shipped only on a pallet after prepayment. The cost of transport is specified in the "Shipping rules" tab in the PVGroup.pl Online Store

§4 Terms of order fulfillment

  1. The Customer may place orders for products available in the PVGroup.pl Online Store only as a registered Customer (after logging into the Customer's account).
  2. In order to place an order:

a) select the product that is the subject of the order, and then click the "Add to cart" button (or equivalent), and if you want to buy several products, this action should be repeated for each of the selected products;

b) after completing the product selection process, go to the "Basket", and then:

- choose the method of delivering the product, and, if required by the selected method of delivering the product, the type of shipment;

– enter the details of the recipient of the order and the address to which the product is to be delivered. It is also necessary to provide a telephone number to contact the courier;

– all additional information, e.g. company tax identification number to issue an invoice, a different collection address than the ordering party or selected colors of available products should be entered in the “Order Notes” window

- click the "Order and pay" button or similar;

3. In the case of advance payment, the order should be paid in one of the available payment methods:

-Bank transfer

- payment by credit card

- using the tpay mobile payment system

- installment purchase

4. The subject of the order may be delivered to the customer - depending on his choice and the size of the ordered products:

- to the address indicated by the Customer in the order - a Courier Company, if the Customer has chosen this form of delivery and the size and weight of the goods allow it;

- to the address indicated by the Customer in the order - a forwarding company, in a situation where the size and weight of the goods do not allow for shipment by a courier company.

5. If the Customer orders at least 2 products as part of one order, the order may be divided by the PVGrouo.pl Online Store into at least 2 (two) parts (hereinafter referred to as "Packages").

6. If the ordered product is not available in the Warehouse or it is not possible to fulfill the Customer's order for other reasons, including if the purchase of the ordered product from PVGroup.pl suppliers will not be possible within the time provided for the execution of the order, the PVGroup.pl Online Store will inform the Customer about situation by sending a message to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

7. When placing an order and choosing a delivery carried out by a Courier or Forwarding Company, the Customer should provide the exact address to which the order is to be delivered. Providing an incorrect or inaccurate address by the Customer may cause a delay or prevent the delivery of the subject of the order.

8. In the absence of a given product in the Warehouse, it is possible to purchase it on the Customer's special order after making an advance payment.

9. The online store is informative and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 § 1 of the Civil Code

§5 Payment methods and commencement of order fulfillment

  1. The customer has the option of collecting the ordered products, after prior payment to the account and setting a date with the seller, at the personal collection point, i.e. ul. Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzow.
  2. Payment for the order should be made before collecting the subject of the order (payment in advance) - by bank transfer, payment card or using the tpay mobile payment system, in one of the electronic payment systems accepted by the Company at a given moment. 
  3. It is also possible to pay on delivery by card or cash, if the amount of goods does not exceed the cash limits in the light of the Act on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. 
  4. Account number to which payments for purchases should be made in the case of advance payments: for PLN payments 68 1020 1068 0000 1602 0365 9141, for payments in EUR 59 1020 1068 0000 1502 0365 9158. Accounts are kept at PKO Bank Polski.

§ 6 Issue and delivery of invoices

The company issues VAT invoices. If the buyer wants to receive an invoice, he is obliged to provide the invoice data along with the tax identification number (NIP) in the order (please provide such information in the comments to the order). Invoices are sent electronically. Acceptance of these regulations means consent to receive invoices in electronic form by the buyer.

§ 7 Order fulfillment time

Shipments are sent on average within 3 working days and within a maximum of 7 working days. We do not ship immediately after placing an order. The goods displayed and available in the store are physically in our warehouse. However, there are exceptions when the goods available in the store are not in stock. In this case, the order receives the status of "temporary out of stock" about which the customer will also be informed by e-mail or by phone. Usually stock shortages are replenished within 5 days, but not always. In this case, please contact our Customer Service Office in order to decide on further processing of the order (cancellation of the order, sending the goods available in stock or waiting for the complete order to be available and then full shipment). 

NOTE: We do not ship to P.O.boxes!

§ 8 Warranty claim conditions

1. The PVGroup.pl Online Store is responsible for delivering a defect-free product. If, after delivery, it turns out that the product sold has a physical defect, it will be repaired or replaced with another product free of defects. In order to make a complaint under the warranty, you must send the claimed goods to our Warehouse (address: ul. Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzów) together with the complaint form and a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice). 

The complaint form is available on the PVGroup.pl Online Store website.

2. In order to return the goods, please contact the Complaints Department. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the PVGroup Online Store.

2. The PVGroup.pl Online Store responds within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the complaint.

3. The PVGroup.pl Online Store is not liable for damages resulting from the use of consumables. In the event of a complaint, it is liable for damages only up to the cost of the material sold.

4. Complaints are not subject to consumable materials such as batteries and cables that have been cut at the customer's special request.

5. The consumer may use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress. In order to take advantage of the possibility of amicable settlement of disputes regarding online purchases, the Consumer may submit his complaint, e.g. via the EU ODR online platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

§ 9 Warranty claim conditions

1. The products available in the PVGroup.pl Online Store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We recommend that you read the Warranty Card in order to determine the duration of the warranty period for individual devices. In order to make a complaint under the warranty, you must send the claimed goods to our Warehouse (address: ul. Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzów) together with the complaint form and a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice). 

The complaint form is available on the PVGroup.pl Online Store website.

2. In order to return the goods, please contact the Complaints Department. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the PVGroup Online Store.

§ 10 Terms of exchange of goods

1. The customer has the right to exchange the goods within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

2. In order to exchange the goods, please contact the Complaints Department. The Complaints Department determines the availability of the goods, price differences between the returned and purchased product, the method of return or additional payment, and the method of return and delivery of a new product.

The exchange form is available on the PVGroup.pl Online Store website.

2. The PVGroup.pl Online Store responds within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods exchange notification.

3. Consumables such as batteries and cables that have been cut at the customer's special request are not subject to returns.

§ 11 Terms of withdrawal

The customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods cannot bear traces of use. The store returns the cost of the purchased goods. The store does not refund the cost of returning the goods to the store. A copy of the proof of purchase and a withdrawal form or a statement of withdrawal from the contract should be included in the shipment together with the return. The right to return without giving a reason does not apply to the purchase of goods by a legal entity. The exception is JDG if the purchase is not related to its business.

§ 12 Cost of returning the goods

The cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal or exchange depends on the size of the shipment, the type of goods sent and the place from which the goods will be returned to the Warehouse (Chorzów, ul. Azotowa 21). To find out the shipping cost, please read the information in the "Shipping rules" tab in the PVGroup.pl Online Store or contact the Complaints Department.

§ 13 Personal data

The PVGroup.pl Online Store complies with the Code of Good Practice referred to in art. 2 point 5 of the Act of August 23, 2007 on counteracting unfair market practices.

§ 14 Personal data

  1. Information on personal data processed by the PVGrouo.pl Online Store, including in particular the purposes of processing and the rights of data subjects, are specified in the PVGroup.pl Privacy Policy
  2. The Customer declares that the personal data provided by him are the Customer's data, and that they are true and up-to-date. In the event that the Customer provides data of other persons (e.g. as recipients of the order), the Customer declares and warrants that he has a basis for providing such data (e.g. such a person has given appropriate consent) that he has informed such a person about the transfer of his data by the PVGroup Online Store. pl and about the rules of processing personal data by the Company set out in the Privacy Policy.

§ 15 Final provisions

  1. The solutions sold by the PVGroup.pl Online Store are in most cases intended for self-assembly. These are electrical devices, so the customer must have basic knowledge of electricity and use basic safety precautions. Devices with a voltage of up to 50V are safe for humans and there is no risk of electric shock, but there is always a risk of a short circuit and, for example, a fire caused by it. In the case of devices with a voltage of 230V and the need to install them, this operation should be performed by a person with electrical qualifications. If the customer performs the assembly himself, he does so at his own risk. After such installation, we recommend that it be inspected by an authorized person.
  2. Company PVGROUP.PL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ul.Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzów reserves the right to any modification of this website, as well as the right to refuse to sell, without giving reasons.
  3. The server administrator maintains full confidentiality of all data provided by clients, in particular personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. A registered customer has the full right to access and modify his data, including deletion.
  4. The seller and the administrator make every effort to ensure that this website is still available and contains truthful information. However, this system is used "as it is now" and therefore the seller and administrator apologizes for possible errors in the information provided and for any errors in the functioning of the store. The photos published in the store show the actual goods or similar / compatible goods and are for reference ONLY. In the case of offering replacement materials, photos of original products may be published for easy identification by the customer, but the content of the product description contains information whether it is an original product or a replacement - a replacement product. Always read the product description.
  5. The law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland shall prevail over these regulations. Due to the avalanche of clauses prohibited in the regulations of online stores published by UOKiK, we would like to inform you that if these regulations break the present and future clauses at any point, please consider this clause as non-binding.
  6. All elements of this website, including product descriptions and photos, are protected by copyright and using them without the consent of the owner is illegal. Protected characters and names used in the description of items serve only to identify the product or its replacement.
  7. The PVGroup.pl online store reserves the right to change the regulations for important technical, legal and/or organizational reasons, such as a change in the law, the emergence of new technologies and IT systems that force changes in the rules of operation of the PVGroup.pl online store, a final court judgment, a decision administration, force majeure. Amendments to the Regulations do not infringe the rights acquired by Customers, which in particular means that orders placed by Customers before the entry into force of the amendments to the Regulations are carried out in accordance with the existing provisions of the Regulations.
  8. Using the PVGroup.pl Online Store means that you accept the above conditions. If you do not agree to the above conditions, please terminate your connection to our store.
