Responsible for the safety of inverters' shipments:
Growatt products are traveling to you in insured transport. Shipments are packed with great care in such a way that the inverter reaches its destination intact. Packing takes place under the supervision of cameras. However, if there is a problem, please write down a protocol with the courier, mark what exactly is damaged and this is where the customer's responsibility ends. PVGroup.pl sent new goods. You can find the shipping rules here.
The battery pack for Growatt SPH inverters should contain:
Configuration for one inverter:
- Minimum 3 ARK batteries – 3×2,5kW (Batteries only Growatt model ARK)
- 1 x inverter + monitoring (Shine WiFi-X, Shine LAN-X or Shine GPRS-X)
- 1 x BMS (battery controller)
- 1 x BMS strapping cables with inverter - ARK cables SPH- for Hight voltage select ARK-H option
- 1 x battery holder - ARK
- 1 x bi-directional meter (included with SPH inverter)
