On this subpage you will find all the information you need regarding the returns and complaints process. Understanding and following these rules is important to be able to take advantage of our returns and complaints policy.
Starting with returns, customers can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition, unused and packed in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase with your return. In the case of returns via courier, the cost of shipping is borne by the buyer.
As for complaints, we accept complaints only in the case of product defects that were not visible before purchase. Please attach photos or videos to document the product defect. If the complaint is accepted, we will refund the cost of the product or replace it with a new one.
